Return Policy


Please contact us for more information and/or a return label.

Here at our ultimate objective is to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return new unused item(s) to:

Orders sent back to any other location without our prior approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Be sure to include your order number found on your packing slip and keep a copy of the tracking for your records.  

To be eligible for a full refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached. 

Boots must be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another box or a 15% repackaging charge may be assessed. Please avoid damaging the shoe box by using it as the shipping packaging. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. 

In order to protect our customers and keep chain of custody we are unable to accept return for body armor, CBD oil, defense/pepper spray, undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers), batteries, gloves, headwear, product not in original packaging, forensic testing supplies, equipment or drug and or alcohol testing kits, first aid or trauma treatment products, worn or shopworn products, any special order products (including but not limited to): specific apparel fits, vehicular modification or customization products, special sidearm holsters or carriers, any apparel with custom embellishment, any hard goods requiring special embellishment, or medical products.

If you received any promotional item(s) with your order and need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), the promotional items need to be included with the return. In the event we receive returned items that are not in new resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund. We are happy to return the item to you if a pre-paid return label is sent or a new purchase is made and the returned item will be placed in the same package. 


If a return is due our error, we will provide a return label at no cost to you.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receiving your returned item(s) at our facility. Please note it may take your financial institution up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account based on their policies. has no control over the financial institutions’ policies and cannot act as an intermediary between the customer and their financial institution. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless the refund is due to our error. 


If any of your items do not work we want to make it better.  Just return what did not work and place a new order. We will ship your new order quickly. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue you a refund.


Items that have been customized are not eligible for return. All embroidery is sewn exactly as requested when the order is placed. 


Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.

Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package.

Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.
